  • If the content is not loading, it is most likely due to your internet connection. Please ensure you are using a strong and stable internet connection, then reload the page, no need to exit the browsers

  • If you are stuck on the signup page, please request to speak to a real person through the platform, or send an email with a screenshot of the issue to unicapsules@gmail.com.

  • When will other content be available?

There is currently no specific date for when content for other modules will be released. However, notifications will be sent to keep you updated as soon as new content becomes available.

  1. Why did my sign-up fail?
    Sign-up may fail if your internet connection is weak or unstable at the time of registration. In some cases, your account might be partially created but not fully saved in our system.

  2. What should I do if this happens?
    There’s no need to worry. We regularly check and fix these issues on our side within 1–3 days maximum.

  3. How will I know it’s fixed?
    You will receive a message either:

  4. Through the smart chat box on the website, or Via email, asking you to complete or retry your sign-up

  5. Do I need to do anything now?
    Just wait for our message. Once you receive it, simply sign up again and everything should work smoothly.
