Refund Policy

Thank you for subscribing to UniCapsules.

Because we provide instant access to digital educational content, all purchases are generally non-refundable.

1. Digital Products

Once a membership is purchased and access to course materials (PDFs, videos, study notes, or other digital content) is granted, we do not offer refunds.

This is because digital content can be accessed, downloaded, or consumed immediately after purchase.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payments

  • Technical issues preventing access that we are unable to resolve

  • Accidental subscription (reported within 24 hours and no content accessed)

All refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of purchase.

3. Subscription Cancellation

  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund previous payments.

  • Access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

4. Chargebacks

Filing a false chargeback or payment dispute after accessing content may result in:

  • Permanent account suspension

  • Restriction from future access
