1. How to Sign Up

To access your account, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Start Learning button. 

  2. Enter your personal details, your school student ID, and your official school

  3. Enter your registered school email address.

  4. Enter your password.

  5. Click the Signup button.

  6. Answer the Recaptcha form, then enter the verification code sent to your school email address

  7. Once again, enter your school email address and password, and you will be redirected to your assigned course page.

If you forget your password, use the password recovery option on the login page or contact support through email unicapsules@gmail.com

2. How to Pay Using PayPal

To make a payment using PayPal, follow these steps:

  1. Select the course or service you want to purchase.

  2. Click the Place Order and Pay button.

  3. You will be redirected to PayPal.

  4. If you already have a PayPal account:

  • Click Agree and Continue.

  1. If you do not have a PayPal account:

  • Click Create Account.

  • Enter your email address.

  • Fill in your payment details.

  • Complete the payment process.

After successful payment, your access will be activated automatically.

3. Contacting a Real Person

If you need assistance or would like to speak to a real person, you can contact support by sending an email.

Please include the following information in your message:

  • Full Name

  • Student ID

  • Description of the issue

  • Screenshot (if applicable)

Our support team will respond as soon as possible, within 1-3 days, the issue will be resolved, in rare occasions, 7-10 days.

4. Course Availability

Some courses will be added ahead of time in the future.
At the moment, the platform is limited to the courses currently available.

New courses and materials will continue to be added regularly to improve the learning experience.

Users are encouraged to check the platform periodically for updates and new content.

5. Important Notes

  • Users must use their official school email address to register.

  • Payments must be completed before access is granted.

  • Account information should be kept secure.

  • The platform may be updated or expanded as new features and courses become available
